Ever since Playtech signed a deal with Marvel Comics we’ve been anticipating the release of some great new branded slot machines featuring some of your favourite comic book and movie characters. The Incredible Hulk is the first of the Marvel Comics characters to inspire a Playtech game and this game is truly state of the art!  It has free games, 5x multipliers and fun bonus rounds. The graphics sounds and special effects draw you into the world of the tormented Hulk.

The symbols on the reels are police cars, helicopters and the green monster himself. The wild symbol in the game is the Hulk and he substitutes for other symbols in the game to form winning combinations.

The Incredible Hulk is a 15 reel, 20 payline video slot with up to 25 free games, 5 times multipliers, lots of chances for bonuses, wild symbols and a prize of 4,000 times your line bet! You can wager as little as a penny or up to 5. The maximum bet possible is $1000.  Get 5 Radioactive symbols on any one pay line and you win 4000 coins.

You can play up to 20 lines per spin. That’s enough to total a decent wager without betting too much at a time.  If you’re new to slots, just play one line at a time. Burning through your bankroll like the Hulk smashes through buildings can definitely take the fun out of the game.

The Wild Symbol

The Wild symbol (the Incredible Hulk) appears only on reels 2, 3 and 4. The Wild symbol can stand for any other symbol, except for Scatter and the Smash Bonus symbol (the symbol with the words ‘SMASH BONUS’ on it), to make the best possible winning combination.

The Expanding Hulk Feature

When the Wild symbol appears on the central position of reel 3, the Expanding Hulk feature is triggered on reel 3. An animation on reel 3 begins, in which the Hulk overtakes the entire reel. At this point, every position on reel 3 is considered to be occupied by a Wild symbol. 2 free spins (re-spins) are awarded, in which only reels 1, 2, 4, and 5 spin, and reel 3 remains Wild. When the two re-spins are finished and the winning paylines have been paid, reel 3 will return to its original position, and normal game will resume.

When the Wild symbol appears simultaneously on reels 2, 3 and 4, regardless of their position, the Expanding Hulk feature is triggered on reels 2, 3, and 4. An animation on reels 2, 3, and 4 begins, in which the Hulk overtakes all three reels. The Smash Bonus Feature can be won during the Expanding Hulk’s re-spins only in the main game but not in Free Games.

The Expanding Hulk feature is available in the main game as well as in Free Games.

Free Games cannot be triggered (or re-triggered) during the Expanding Hulk feature.

Scatter Symbol

The Scatter symbols (The Incredible Hulk logos) do not have to occur on a particular payline – if there are three or more Scatter symbols in the spin results, an additional win is earned. The payout for the Scatter symbols is multiplied by the total bet. If 3 or more Scatters appear on the reels simultaneously, regardless of position, 10 Free Games are awarded.

In the main game, if 3 or more Scatters appear on the reels during a re-spin in the Expanding Hulk feature, the Free Games feature is not triggered.

In Free Games, if 3 or more Scatters appear on the reels during a re-spin in the Expanding Hulk feature, more Free Games are not awarded (see Free Games below for more information).

Free Games Feature

If 3 or more Scatters appear on the reels simultaneously, regardless of position, 10 Free Games are awarded. Free Games are played with X3 multiplier. This means that every winning payline pays 3 times its paytable value.

The Free Games are played at the line bet, coin size, and number of lines of the spin that triggered the Free Games. If 3 or more Scatter symbols appear anywhere on the reels during Free Games, 10 more Free Games are awarded. The multiplier remains the same.

Smash Bonus Game

When the Smash Bonus symbols appear simultaneously on reels 1 and 5 after a spin, the Smash Bonus Game is triggered. The player must pick 3 out of 7 police cars to smash. Smashing each car reveals a cash prize. Once 3 cars have been picked, the player is asked to pick 1 out of 3 police helicopters to win a multiplier for the prize amount. The prize won is the accumulated cash won times the multiplier.

The Smash Bonus Game has a special feature, the Hulk Rage Feature, which is triggered randomly. During the Hulk Rage feature, the Hulk smashes all seven cars, and the player wins all seven prizes before choosing a multiplier.
